Fan Works and Streaming Guidelines
All copyrights and related rights to Welcome to Chirpvenience belong to the original creator.
Any fan works based on the content of Welcome to Chirpvenience must follow the guidelines below.
Fan works include, but are not limited to, illustrations, image-based works, music, audio works, comics, novels, cosplay, fan games, and similar creations.
Fan Work Guidelines
Permitted Uses

You may engage in general fan activities, such as drawing illustrations, creating comics, writing novels, and selling fan books or doujinshi.

You may create non-commercial fan games, provided that you do not use official game assets without permission.

Cosplay is allowed.

You may commission third parties to create fan works. However, such works must be clearly marked as fan works and must follow the prohibited uses listed in these guidelines. Any disputes or issues arising from such commissions are unrelated to the game and its original creator.

Self-created artwork may be used for small-scale fan merchandise production of 10 copies or fewer.
Prohibited Uses

Using official game assets from Welcome to Chirpvenience to create another game without the creator’s permission is prohibited.

Providing the content of this game to AI systems as material, training data, learning data, datasets, or for similar purposes is prohibited.

Creating AI-generated fan works related to Welcome to Chirpvenience is prohibited.

Content that damages, misrepresents, or is likely to harm the image of Welcome to Chirpvenience or its original creator is prohibited.

Fan works that cause discomfort, harassment, defamation, attacks, or harm toward others are prohibited.

Fan works that violate public order and morals are prohibited.

Fan works created for the purpose of promoting specific religious or political agendas are prohibited.

Activities or creations that could be mistaken for official content, or that impersonate the original creator or official accounts, are prohibited.

Fan works that infringe upon the rights or interests of any third party are prohibited. Any disputes arising from such infringement are unrelated to the game and its original creator.

Fan works created through third-party commissions may not be used for commercial purposes, including small-scale sales, merchandise production, or the sale of fan books or doujinshi.

When using video clips, music, audio, or other related materials in fan works, please credit the source clearly.

The original creator has final discretion and reserves the right to request corrections, removal, or suspension of any inappropriate fan work activities.

Using, altering, or reposting any official logos without permission is prohibited.

The game and its original creator bear no responsibility for any issues arising from fan works.

The original creator reserves the right to amend these guidelines at any time without prior notice. Please check back periodically for updates.
Streaming Guidelines
The streaming guidelines for Welcome to Chirpvenience are fairly flexible.
You are welcome to share your gameplay with friends, viewers, and fans.

Game livestreams: Allowed

Recording and publicly uploading gameplay videos: Allowed

Creating edited videos using gameplay footage: Allowed

Creating game introduction, impression, review, or recommendation videos: Allowed

When publishing videos, livestreams, or articles, please credit the source when possible.
Examples: the game title, Steam page, or official website. -
If a video or livestream includes live commentary, reviews, explanations, editing, impressions, introductions, tutorials, subtitles, reaction content, or other substantial creative input from the creator, it may be monetized through the standard monetization features of each platform.

However, publishing videos that simply play, record, or upload game content without live commentary, reviews, explanations, editing, impressions, introductions, or other creative additions is prohibited.

It is also prohibited to publish the full game, the complete story, complete dialogue, ending content, CGs, music, visual sequences, or other game content in a near-unedited form, and monetize it as the main focus of the content.

If a video or livestream is determined to be a simple reupload or direct reproduction of game content, the original creator reserves the right to request edits, removal, or demonetization from the uploader. The original creator may also submit a takedown request through the relevant platform policies and copyright procedures.
