Regulations on Secondary Creation and Live Streaming

All copyrights and ownership of this game belong to the original author.

Any secondary creation derived from the content of Welcome to Chirpvenience! must comply with the following rules.
Secondary creation is not limited to drawings, images, sound sources, music, comics, novels, cosplay, and similar works.

Secondary creation guidelines

Permit

You may engage in common fan activities, such as drawing illustrations, creating comics, writing novels, and selling fanzines.
You may create derivative games, provided they are not intended for commercial use.
Cosplay is allowed.
You may commission third parties to create works, but such works must be clearly marked as secondary creations and must follow the prohibitions in these rules. Any disputes arising from such commissions are unrelated to this game and its original author.
Self-drawn works may be used for small-scale merchandise production (fewer than 10 copies) without restriction.

Using the game materials of Welcome to Chirpvenience! to create games without the consent of the original author is prohibited.
Providing the content of this game to AI as material or for training is prohibited.
Using AI to generate any secondary creative content related to Welcome to Chirpvenience! is prohibited.
Any acts that damage the image of Welcome to Chirpvenience! or its original author, or that constitute excessive interpretation, are prohibited.
Creations that cause discomfort, disgust, slander, defamation, obstruction, or attacks toward others are prohibited.
Secondary creations that violate public order, morality, or good customs are prohibited.
Transmitting secondary creative content with religious or political purposes is prohibited.
Any activities or creations that could be mistaken as the original author or pretend to represent the original author are prohibited.
Creating secondary content that infringes upon the rights and interests of third parties is prohibited. All disputes arising from such infringement are unrelated to this game and its original author.
Commissioned works with third parties may not be used for commercial purposes, and even small-scale sales of doujinshi are prohibited.

Please be sure to credit the source when using video-related clips or music in secondary creations.
The original author has the final discretion and reserves the right to modify or terminate any inappropriate secondary creation activities.
The use, alteration, or continuous reproduction of any official LOGO is prohibited.
This game and the original author bear no responsibility for any issues arising from secondary creations.
The original author reserves the right to amend these rules at any time without prior notice. Please check back periodically for updates.

Streaming Guidelines

The streaming rules for Welcome to Chirpvenience! are very free—please feel free to share your gameplay with friends and fans!

Live streaming the game: Allowed
Creating edited gameplay clips: Allowed
Recording and publishing gameplay videos: Allowed
When publishing videos, please include credit as the "source of this work."
The only prohibition: uploading videos that only play back the game’s content without any meaningful commentary or streaming value.
